Mackinaw City's Fourth of July Celebration

Located at Conkling Heritage Park at the Mackinaw Crossings, this annual Fouth of July Event shows off a huge fireworks display. Children of all ages can also enjoy games (held at the Marina lawn) from 1PM to 3PM. The Straits Area Concert Band will have a live performance at the Conkling Heritage Park from 9PM to dusk. Fireworks will begin at dusk.

The 3rd Annual Mustang Stampede

Be there to see the Mustang Stampede and Car Show. Mustangs ranging from 1964 to present will be on display from 10am to 3pm in Mackinaw City. This is a family friendly event filled with food, fun and drinks. The parade of Mustangs will take place on July 16th, 2016 at 4pm. There will be a dinner at the Conkling Heritage Park from 5pm to 7pm. There are tickets available for this event. There will also be live music and a beer tent. Musical performance provided by the Cheboygan Brewhouse Band. Sunday, cars will be displayed for judging from 10am to 2pm. The awards ceremony will be help at 11am.

Come and enjoy the 92nd consecutive running Bell's Beer Bayview Mackinac Race. This is the longest running fresh water yacht race in the world. The race includes a 235 mile long course from Port Huron to Mackinac island.
